Alyson Arnold
Alyson Arnold was born in Dayton, Ohio. Her love of the coastal Southeast began when she attended the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2001, receiving her Bacherlor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Upon graduating, Alyson moved to Savannah and learned the lending and banking industries with Wells Fargo Financial and Wachovia Bank. Her financial background and love of helping people launched her career in real esate which began at Cora bett Thomas Realty & Associates in 2005. She served as the Agent Assisant to founder and CEO Cora Bett Thomas from 2006 to 2007 and qualified for the Savannah Board of Realtors' Distinguished Sales Society during her first full year at the company. She has remained a member of the Distinguished Sales Society every year since and was named a Top Producer for Cora Bett Thomans Realty & Associates in 2007, 2008, and 2009. In May 2010 she joined Keller Williams Savannah Downtown, to focus primarily on Buyer's needs. Alyson is a member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She lives in Isle of Hope.

Kate Favor
The Liz Giddens Group, welcomed Kate Favor in 2011 to the role of Operations Manager. Kate has a vast knowledge of new home sales, resale homes and the corporate rental market. She has worked as a Realtor in the Atlanta real estate market for 6 years and prides herself on delivering the best customer service possible! Prior to real estate, Kate was a manager for Nordstrom, and worked dilligently to keep her clients happy. She won the prestigious customer service award during her employment with Nordstrom. For the Liz Giddens Group, Kate balances the marketing of our listings,and keeping clients happy. Making sure our homes show well, photograph well and look perfect on the web are just a few things she does. She also assists Alyson with Buyer services and stays up to date on current listings, inventory and prices. Kate also has a hand in the expansion of the liz Giddens Group, in the Atlanta market. Joined with partners, The Cawley Group, to service companies with offices in Atlanta and Savannah. |
