Alyson Arnold
Alyson Arnold was born in Dayton, Ohio. Her love of the coastal Southeast began when she attended College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2001, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Upon graduating, Alyson moved to Savannah and learned the lending and banking industries with Wells Fargo Financial and Wachovia Bank. Her financial background and love of helping people launched her career in real esate which began at Cora Bett Thomas Realty & Associates in 2005. She served as the Agent Assisant to founder and CEO Cora Bett Thomas from 2006 to 2007 and qualified for the Savannah Board of Realtors' Distinguished Sales Society during her first full year at the company. She has remained a member of the Distinguished Sales Society every year since and was named a Top Producer for Cora Bett Thomans Realty & Associates in 2007, 2008, and 2009. After being focused exclusively on buyer's needs for the past several years, Alyson is now also representing sellers as a lead listing agent, focused primarily on the downtown historic district. Alyson is a member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She lives in Isle of Hope. |

Mark Herrin
Real estate professional Mark Herrin recently joined the Liz Giddens Group as an Executive Real Estate Agent
In his position, he will represent clients in listing distinctive properties throughout the greater Savannah area. Mark's 15 years in the construction business & knowledge of the Savannah Area make him an asset to the Liz Giddens team.
A native to Savannah, Mark lives with his wife & three children at the Landings. Mark has a vast knowledge of waterfront property in addition to many other savannah Areas.
When not working, you can find him on the golf course, playing soccer or spending time with his family at the beach. |

Pam Chance
Pam Chance is a native of Savannah with many years spent living in Richmond Hill and North Bryan County. She began her real estate career in Georgia in 2003 specializing in land, commercial and residential real estate. She became a broker in North Carolina in 2006 and worked as the exclusive Broker In Charge for a large gated residential mountain community in the planning phase and continued to sales and marketing of the development.
Upon returning to the Savannah area, Pam became specialized in the commercial property management field and has expanded her residential real estate career selling in Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Wilmington Island, Tybee Island and North Bryan County. She has many contacts and extensive resources to assist clients in many areas whether buying or selling their Savannah area properties.
